I've been doing CrossFit since 2021, and over the years it's become way more than just a workout for me. I fell in love with the mix of strength, conditioning, and constantly learning new skills. I've enjoyed the process of getting stronger and more confident through training. Along the way I've focused on learning proper movement, smart intensity, and how to scale workouts so they work for real people with real goals.
As a CrossFit Coach, I'll all about creating a positive, encouraging environment where athletes feel supported and challenged. I want people to feel comfortable showing up as they are, putting in the work, and having some fun while they do it. My goal is to help you move better, build strength, and stay consistent for the long run.
